Who we are
This site is run by James Meehan Digital LLC in Santa Barbara, California. By using it or sending a request through it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using the site
Use the site to learn about our work and to request an audit. Don't try to break it, overload it, or copy it in bulk, and don't send a request for a business without its permission. What you tell us should be accurate.
The free audit
The audit is free, and requesting one doesn't commit you to anything. It is our read on how your business handles a new lead, from the five checks listed on the audit page, using what we can see from the outside.
It is an opinion, not a guarantee, and it isn't legal, financial, or tax advice. We may decline a request, for example when the business is outside the work we do.
Prices and projects
The prices on this site describe our standard systems, website, and content packages. They are not an offer to take on a particular project. Every project starts with a signed scope that sets what we build, the price, the dates, and the payment terms. If the scope and this site ever disagree on any of those, the scope wins.
The website build offer
The offer panel shows one offer: a free website build when you sign a 6-month systems or content plan. Every visitor who sees it gets the same offer. It is not a contest, a sweepstakes, or a game of chance.
It is one per business and applies to a newly signed plan. The build, and what happens if the plan ends early, are set out in that plan's signed scope. The offer has no cash value, and we may change or end it at any time without affecting a plan already signed.
Results and examples
The Tipsy Tides Cleaning numbers on this site are one client's real results, shared with permission. They are not a promise of what your business will see. Results depend on your market, your offer, and how you run things.
Demos marked Simulated or Illustration show how a system is built to behave. They are not real messages, and the timings in them are targets.
What's ours and what's yours
The design, writing, code, and images on this site belong to James Meehan Digital LLC. Names, logos, and sites of other businesses shown in our work belong to their owners. You're welcome to link to and share any page. Don't copy the site or present it as your own.
What we build for you is yours: site, system, data.
Links to other sites, including client sites, are there for reference. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
Limits
We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
To the same extent, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, that come from using the site or acting on the free audit. Nothing here limits a right the law doesn't let us limit.
Law and changes
California law governs these terms. Any dispute about them or the site is heard in the state or federal courts serving Santa Barbara County, California.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version posted when you use the site is the one that applies.
