What we collect

When you request a free audit, we collect the business name, website, phone number, and whatever you tell us in the questionnaire: the kind of business, what falls through the cracks, what you're looking for, and when to call. That goes into our database and a copy is sent to our internal Slack and our inbox so we can respond. While you browse, we count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn't identify you. No ad pixels, and no cookies beyond what your browser needs to load the page.

We also record which page the request was sent from, how you found the site (a search engine, an ad, or the site that linked here), and the page you first landed on. If you arrived from an ad or the offer, we record which one.

The offer panel writes two small values to your browser's own storage so it does not show again for seven days, and the site keeps a short note there of how you found it, for 30 days, so it can go with a request you send later. They identify nothing about you.

What we do with it

We use it to run the audit you asked for and to follow up about it. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside James Meehan Digital.

How long we keep it

We keep audit requests as long as we're an active line of communication with you. Ask and we'll delete it.
